The role involves managing sales activities, identifying new opportunities to grow the business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering tailored real estate solutions. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, keeping up with market trends, and collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and sales tools Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-driven environment Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
