About the Role
In this role as EMEA Payroll Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery to employees across the EMEA region. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including HR, finance, and payroll teams, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with payroll processing
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, finance, and payroll teams
- Provide support for payroll audits and reconciliations
- Prepare and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth payroll processing
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-4 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Payroll software experience, such as SAP or Oracle
