About the Role

Job Title: HR Recruiter Department: Human Resources Position Overview The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding. The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, proactive talent sourcing, and the ability to build a high-quality candidate pipeline aligned with organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Hiring Design, update, and maintain job descriptions aligned with role requirements. Source candidates through online platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks. Craft and send targeted recruitment emails to attract passive candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person formats. Administer assignments and aptitude assessments (numerical, language, and logical reasoning). Share qualified candidate shortlists with hiring managers for further evaluation. Issue offer letters and respond to queries related to compensation and benefits. Recruitment Operations Post job openings on the careers page, job portals, social media, and internal channels. Track and analyse key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire. Participate in job fairs and coordinate internal hiring drives or recruitment events. Collaborate with department heads to forecast future hiring needs. Onboarding & Candidate Experience Act as a point of contact for selected candidates. Support new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Experience with modern sourcing techniques and referral programs. Core Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills. Sound judgment and decision-making ability. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
