## Role Overview:-

As an F&S Accounting Intern, you will support the Financial & Statutory Accounting team in daily accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, and compliance activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate accounting practices in a multinational environment.

• CA (Pursuing) – ICAI Candidates Only

• Completed 12 Months of Articleship Training

• M.Com / Master’s Degree – Preferred

• Support daily accounting activities and financial reporting processes

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations using BlackLine

• Conduct monthly flux analysis and reporting

• Prepare year-end schedules and statutory audit documentation

• Assist in financial statement preparation as per Indian GAAP

• Support execution and monitoring of internal controls

• Collaborate with tax teams on reports and audit requirements

• Assist CPAM teams with fixed asset accounting activities

• Ensure compliance with Dow accounting standards and policies
