Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Hiring & Talent Acquisition Drive end-to-end recruitment for open roles Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across platforms Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit Coordinate with hiring managers and manage interview pipelines Ensure a strong and seamless candidate experience Maintain and optimize hiring trackers and processes Structuring & Improving People Operations Manage day-to-day HR operations and culture initiatives (including onboarding to offboarding) Bring structure to existing HR processes and workflows Identify gaps in current systems and improve efficiency Build and maintain trackers, SOPs, and documentation Budgeting & Operational Support Assist in tracking hiring and people-related budgets Support vendor coordination Help in cost optimization across HR operations AI & Process Automation Build AI bots and automation workflows for hiring and HR operations Identify repetitive tasks and automate them using tools/AI Improve efficiency and scalability of people processes About Company: We are India's most trusted and transparent crowdfunding platform, where donors donate products directly to Charities online instead of money.
