Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and candidates.
2. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable domestic staff profiles, including maids, cooks, nannies, and caregivers.
3. Coordinate with available domestic help and ensure timely profile matching according to client requirements.
4. Follow up with clients regularly and assist in converting inquiries into successful closures.
5. Share profiles, arrange trials/interviews, and manage complete coordination between both parties.
6. Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and service experience.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
8. Maintain daily calling records, follow-ups, and database updates.
9. Achieve daily calling and closure targets.
