About the Role
As an OT & Sales Executive (Orthopedic Implants) at DKSORTHO AND SHARMA PHARMA CEUTICAL PVT LTD, you will be responsible for promoting and selling orthopedic implants in hospitals and medical facilities. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions. You will also be required to work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for orthopedic implants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide product training and support to customers, including product demonstrations and technical assistance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other healthcare organizations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, including products, technologies, and market trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
