Executive Associate - Finance

About the Role

As an Executive Associate in Finance at DIVISA HERBALS PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team in various aspects of financial management. Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for communicating financial information to stakeholders and supporting the team in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Development and maintenance of management information systems (MIS) to support business decision-making.
• Assistance in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Effective communication of financial information to stakeholders, including senior management and external parties.
• Support in finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Identification and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software and systems.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
