Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation. Maintain HR records, attendance, and internal databases. Support HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications. Assist in employee engagement and team coordination. Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Support employer branding and internal HR initiatives. Requirements 0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome). Open mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Basic understanding of HR or people management (training provided). Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Comfortable with digital tools like WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets. Ability to work from office in a collaborative environment.
