Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Assistant Location: Mumbai / Malad West Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations . You'll be closely involved in the backend of running an online store—from working with vendors and updating stock to preparing orders for shipment. Key Responsibilities Vendor & Supply Coordination – Assist in managing vendor relationships, negotiating basics, and ensuring smooth communication. Purchasing & Inventory – Place and track purchase orders, update stock levels, and help avoid out-of-stock issues. Order Management – Support in processing, packing, and labeling customer orders to ensure accuracy and great unboxing experiences. Logistics Support – Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery updates. Marketplace Support – Assist in updating product listings, stock, and order status across e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Operational Support – Provide day-to-day assistance to the operations team to keep workflows running smoothly. Requirements Basic understanding of e-commerce processes (orders, inventory, vendors, logistics). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced online retail environment . Good communication and coordination skills. Freshers welcome!
