We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern who has hands-on experience in preparing content calendars and managing social media handles. The ideal candidate should understand content planning, basic strategy, and platform management while staying updated with trends. Key Responsibilities • Prepare monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals • Plan engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms • Create captions, hooks and post copies suitable for each platform • Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives and reels • Schedule posts and ensure timely publishing • Manage day-to-day activities of social media handles • Monitor comments, messages and basic community engagement • Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports • Research industry trends, competitors and viral formats Requirements • Prior internship or hands-on experience in social media management • Experience in preparing structured content calendars • Understanding of content formats like reels, carousels and static posts • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools • Strong written communication skills • Organized and detail-oriented Preferred Skills • Basic understanding of paid ads • Knowledge of analytics and insights tracking • Creative thinking and trend spotting ability
