About the Role
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display. This involves managing ad accounts, conducting audience and keyword research, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting bids, budgets, and creatives to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
This role requires close coordination with the local team to support client growth and digital strategy, and involves collaborating with design and content teams to develop high-converting landing pages and ad assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ad accounts across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Conduct audience and keyword research to inform campaign strategies and optimize ad performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and creatives to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting landing pages and ad assets.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance-focused digital marketing.
- Analyze campaign metrics and optimize conversions to manage ROI.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance-focused digital marketing, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
- Ability to use analytics and reporting tools to track campaign metrics, optimize conversions, and manage ROI.
- Experience in audience research, keyword analysis, and A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present performance insights clearly.
