About Dhobify Dhobify (a Tanvora Labs venture) is rebuilding India's neighbourhood dhobi as a 30-second booking on your phone. Photo proof on pickup, live tracking, UPI on delivery. Both our apps — for customers and for laundry-shop owners — went live on the App Store and Google Play in May 2026. We're operating in Baner, Pune today and expanding to five more areas next. The role You'll be one of the first 2-3 marketing hires on a tiny, founder-led team. The work is hands-on and split roughly across: • Vendor outreach — door-to-door visits to dhobi shops in Pune to onboard them onto the Dhobify Vendor app. • Customer acquisition — residential societies, WhatsApp groups, college campuses, on-the-ground events; whatever channel reaches the next 1,000 paying customers. • Market research — shadow a dhobi for a day, interview households about laundry pain, map the local competitive landscape. • Content & creative — Instagram reels, landing-page copy, Telegram broadcasts, vendor onboarding scripts. • Measurement — run experiments, read the data, kill what isn't working. What we're looking for • Based in Pune (or able to be in Pune 4-5 days a week) • Final-year student, recent graduate, or career-switcher — formal marketing experience is not a requirement • Clear written English, conversational Hindi and/or Marathi • Comfortable talking to strangers (vendors, customers, society RWAs) • Bias for action and follow-through over deck-writing Compensation & benefits • ₹10,000–₹15,000 monthly stipend, within range based on what you bring • Stipend grows with performance and on full-time conversion • Letter of recommendation from the founder • Full-time offer + ESOPs for stand-outs after 3-6 months • Founder-side exposure to building an early-stage startup from launch through MVP
