About the Role
The Business Analyst - Post-Sales is responsible for bridging the gap between customer expectations and the company's deliverables post-sale. This involves understanding customer needs, analyzing data related to post-sales processes, and ensuring that solutions meet or exceed client expectations.
This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work closely with various teams, including Customer Support, Sales, and Product Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Publishing documentation in the required format for project delivery.
- Communicating between clients and technical teams.
- Writing case studies and blogs for projects and websites developed.
- Generating revenue and closing deals with international clients.
- Assisting in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.
- Quickly understanding business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.
- Creating documents like BRS/SRS and project cost estimation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and technical writing.
- Knowledge of project management and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0-0 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of data analysis and market research.
