## Role Overview:-

As a BITS Intern within the Business Finance function, you will support Profit & Loss (PnL) reporting, financial analysis, accounting processes, and risk control activities. The role offers exposure to investment banking products, financial reporting, stakeholder management, and financial control operations.

## Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Support daily T+1 P&L production and analysis

• Investigate and resolve financial reporting breaks

• Provide commentary and variance analysis to stakeholders

• Assist in model risk control exception resolution

• Ensure compliance with risk and control guidelines

• Support accounting journal postings and reconciliations

• Monitor balance sheet and income statement accuracy

• Coordinate with Finance, Risk, and Front Office teams

• Participate in stakeholder meetings and discussions

• Support audit and regulatory requirements

## Preferred Qualifications:-

• Understanding of Loans, Bonds, Credit Products, Derivatives, Swaps, Options, and Futures

• Knowledge of Fixed Income products

• Exposure to Front-to-Back Investment Banking processes

• Familiarity with accounting standards and financial controls
