About Désse Collective: We're a fast-growing, founder-led luxury accessories brand specializing in high-quality 18k gold-plated jewelry and premium handmade press-on nails . Our mission is to create beautiful, elevated everyday pieces that make women feel confident, powerful, and uniquely themselves. We're still in the exciting early stage. You'll be building the brand from the ground up alongside the founder. Who We're Looking For: A passionate, creative, and ambitious Social Media, PR & Growth Associate who's excited to shape the entire digital presence of a new luxury brand. This role is perfect for college students, recent graduates, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who want real hands-on experience, meaningful responsibility, and a seat at the table.
