About the Role
In this role as a Data Entry Assistant / Database Inputter at Denave India, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into the company's database, ensuring data quality and integrity. Your tasks will involve maintaining and updating existing records, as well as processing new data inputs. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company's database, adhering to data quality and integrity standards.
- Maintain and update existing records, ensuring data is up-to-date and consistent.
- Process new data inputs, verifying accuracy and completeness before entering into the database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data consistency across systems.
- Develop and implement data entry processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide data support to other teams, such as sales and marketing, as needed.
- Identify and report data quality issues to management, recommending solutions to improve data integrity.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into a database.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with CRM software, with knowledge of data management and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of database management systems, with experience in data modeling and schema design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
