About the Role
As a Market Research Analyst at DemandMatrix, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop strategic recommendations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve data analysis, market research, and competitive analysis to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to gather data on customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
- Develop and maintain databases to store and analyze market research data.
- Perform data analysis using SQL, MS Excel, and Python scripting to identify trends and patterns.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations based on market research insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and market research.
- Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and Python scripting.
- Experience with CRM software and data warehousing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
