About the Role
Deloitte New Big Hiring:Deloitte is seeking applications for the post of Service Support Associate in Hyderabad, Telangana. Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent analytical, administrative and project coordination or operational experience are eligible for these positions. The positions are open to applicants from various teams that support work operations and portfolio strategy, as well as project coordination and other administrative duties.
## Job Role 1: Services Support Associate – Office Portfolio Strategy & Management
• Job Location:Hyderabad, Telangana, India
• Shift Timing:2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
## Key Responsibilities
• Monitor milestones for projects and track the progress of multiple portfolio initiatives.
• Keep track of the project’s plans, action records, risk registers, and decision trackers.
• Aid project managers in identifying delays in schedules and tracking deliverables.
• Make weekly status updates for the project and reports on governance.
• Create the foundation of portfolio analytics by using data from the business and developing real-time insights.
• Create executive-ready presentations and report materials.
• Coordinate communication related to office openings, closings, and workplace shifts.
• Maintain the project’s documentation and shared mailboxes. Manage meeting notes, as well as research activities.
• Facilitate transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
## Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 0 to 3 years of experience in the field of project coordination, operations, project coordination work management or finance, analytics, or similar areas.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups and the management of data.
• Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• A familiarity with Smartsheet or similar tools for managing projects.
• Ability to utilise AI-powered tools for documenting, reporting and other analysis tasks.
## Preferred Qualifications
• Expertise in real estate for corporate use and workplace strategy, facilities or managing portfolios.
• Expertise in office transitions, in addition to operational communications.
• Experience in preparing meeting documentation and reports on projects.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration between the technology and business teams.

• 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
## Key Responsibilities
• Offer administrative assistance in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
• Keep track of workflows and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Draft, edit, and format correspondence for business, as well as presentations.
• Respond to stakeholder needs while coordinating with various teams.
• Assist in the management of time and expenses processes.
• Manage payment request activities and workflow monitoring.
• Support for SharePoint, Outlook, and other business applications.
• Conduct research and offer administrative assistance to business operations.
## Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 0 to 5 years or less of business or administrative support experience.
• Advanced understanding of the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• An understanding of basic in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and office productivity tools.
• The ability to create formal business documentation and reports.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
## Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in supporting senior leadership or management teams.
• Backgrounds in shared or in-service centres.
• Experience with SAP, SharePoint, Swift or the payables system.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to conduct internet and intranet-based research for business.
