Required:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience in data, reporting, and analyticsExperience working with data, reporting, and analyticsExperience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPointExperience using Power BI or another data visualization toolExperience in data processing, data collection, data interpretation, and data quality checksExperience preparing management information and reports for business stakeholdersExperience supporting reporting processes or reporting tools in a business environmentPreferred:Experience in a professional services environmentExperience with Tableau or Power BIExperience supporting human resources functional areas, including talent, recruitment, learning, organizational design, or change managementExperience developing reporting processes or management information solutionsWork you’ll doAs a Services Associate, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Reporting Hub team, you will be responsible for:Collaborating with stakeholders across Deloitte to gather reporting needs and define processes required to deliver accurate business informationPreparing and delivering recurring and ad hoc management information reports for business stakeholdersAnalyzing data and supporting projects through reporting outputs, tool development, and process improvementsTranslating business requirements into reporting solutions and supporting governance-aligned implementationDeveloping and maintaining processes for creating, validating, and sharing management information

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience in data, reporting, and analytics

• Experience working with data, reporting, and analytics

• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

• Experience using Power BI or another data visualization tool

• Experience in data processing, data collection, data interpretation, and data quality checks

• Experience preparing management information and reports for business stakeholders

• Experience supporting reporting processes or reporting tools in a business environment

Preferred:

• Experience in a professional services environment

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI

• Experience supporting human resources functional areas, including talent, recruitment, learning, organizational design, or change management

• Experience developing reporting processes or management information solutions

Work you’ll do

As a Services Associate, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Reporting Hub team, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with stakeholders across Deloitte to gather reporting needs and define processes required to deliver accurate business information

• Preparing and delivering recurring and ad hoc management information reports for business stakeholders

• Analyzing data and supporting projects through reporting outputs, tool development, and process improvements

• Translating business requirements into reporting solutions and supporting governance-aligned implementation

• Developing and maintaining processes for creating, validating, and sharing management information
