Job Title : Founder's Office Intern Location : Pune (Onsite) Employment Type : Internship About the Company We are an early-stage deep-tech startup building cutting-edge AI-driven hardware + software systems for vision-based autonomy in robotics. Our solutions are deployed in Defence and Aerospace applications, designed to operate in harsh and mission-critical environments. We are hiring a founder's office intern to work in the CEO's office and help the founder across multiple fronts including investor relations, strategy, finances, compliances and operations. This is a role ideal for someone looking to become an entrepreneur and looking to get deep insights on what it takes to run a company. Key Responsibilities Create internal and external communication material, presentations (pitch decks, proposals, etc) Help founder with aspects of hiring, strategy, sales, business partnerships, finance management and operations Maintain social media presence and brand management for the company and founder Assist in regulatory compliances, due-diligence, audits, risk-flagging, investor relations management Qualifications & Experience (Must Have's) Incredible communication skills - both written and verbal Strong leadership, co-ordination and execution Understanding about marketing, brand creation Knowledge of leveraging AI tools for day-to-day tasks Good to have A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field Good creativity and design skills Familiarity with the technology sector; prior experience in robotics, AI, UAV's or Defence Tech Soft Skills Strong problem-solving ability with a bias to action Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset Independent contributor with strong ownership Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us Opportunity to observe and influence early stage startup journey Work directly with CEO and understand challenges in running a business Flexible work timings while maintaining onsite presence Merit-based growth and accelerated learning curve
