About the Role
In this US Healthcare voice process role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers in the US, providing excellent communication skills to resolve their queries and concerns. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. This role requires strong listening and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers in the US, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve communication and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest new ideas to enhance the customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and healthcare providers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Fresh graduate or HSC pass with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Female candidates only.
