About the Role

As a Junior Technical Sales Engineer at Deep AI OCR, you will be responsible for working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions using our cutting-edge AI-powered OCR technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.

Day-to-day, you will be working on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and providing product demonstrations and training to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and engagement with potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and sales materials.
  • Provide technical product demonstrations and training to customers, including product features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback and provide input on product roadmap and feature enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in CRM software.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and OCR technologies, including Large Language Models and CloudSaaS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, APIs, and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Certifications in sales, technical sales, or a related field (optional).
