Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales And Business Development Executive, based in Surat. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering business relationships. The Executive will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to implement tailored strategies, drive measurable growth, and support the achievement of sales and business objectives. Qualifications Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities. Proficiency in Business management and strategic planning to drive goals and objectives effectively. Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and building long-term relationships. Account Management experience to ensure seamless client satisfaction and retention. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently in an on-site setup. Prior experience in consulting, sales, or operations is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
