Servicenow Tester

About the Role

As a Servicenow Tester at Dautom, you will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality of Servicenow applications, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the application meets the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Test and validate the functionality of Servicenow applications to ensure they meet the required quality standards.

• Develop and execute test cases to ensure thorough testing of applications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of Servicenow application and its features.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
