ServiceNow Integration Specialist

About the Role

As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist at Dautom, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements, develop technical solutions, and troubleshoot issues.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve configuring ServiceNow APIs, developing custom integrations using tools like ServiceNow's IntegrationHub, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and HR systems.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations using ServiceNow's IntegrationHub and other tools.
• Configure ServiceNow APIs and web services to enable data exchange and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders, to understand integration requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support to resolve problems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integrations, including technical guides and user manuals.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow product releases and updates, and apply new features and functionality to existing integrations.

Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow's IntegrationHub and API management.
• Programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with scripting languages like Groovy or PowerShell.
• Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Talend.
• Strong understanding of data exchange protocols, including REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in software development, integration, or a related field.
