About the Role
In this Insurance Claims Associate role, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing insurance claims, ensuring that they are handled efficiently and fairly. You will work closely with clients, assessors, and other stakeholders to resolve claims in a timely manner.
As a CA qualified professional, you will apply your financial analysis skills to assess the validity of claims and make recommendations for payment. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring that claims are processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate insurance claims and assess their validity
- Conduct financial analysis to determine claim amounts
- Prepare and review assessment reports for claims
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve claims
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claims
- Provide recommendations for claim payment and settlement
Skills & Qualifications
- CA qualification (Chartered Accountant)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
