About the Role

As a Business Process Consultant at D G S M, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas of improvement and implement changes using tools such as Zoho Books and ERP systems. Your primary goal will be to optimize business processes and ensure compliance with internal control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Zoho Books and ERP systems
  • Design and implement internal control systems to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books and ERP implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, audit, and financial analytics
  • Basic understanding of business process automation and MIS reporting
