About the Role
Job Description We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who can assist users, solve their queries, and give product demos to help new customers get started smoothly. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer queries via WhatsApp or phone. Provide app demonstrations and onboarding sessions to new users. Troubleshoot issues and guide users through app features and updates. Record and report customer feedback to the product and technical teams. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quick and clear communication. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for user retention and engagement. Requirements Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic understanding of Android apps and POS systems. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities. Ability to explain technical features in simple terms. Prior experience in customer support or tech demos is a plus.
