About the Role

As a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant at Cynosure Technologies LLC, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday Adaptive Planning to meet the financial planning and analysis needs of clients. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday Adaptive Planning to meet client requirements
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports using Workday Adaptive Planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Conduct data integration and ensure seamless data flow between systems
• Provide training and support to clients on Workday Adaptive Planning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices of Workday Adaptive Planning
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of projects

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 0-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on Workday Adaptive Planning
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including data integration and scenario modeling
• Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel and financial planning software
• Certifications in Workday Adaptive Planning or related fields are a plus
