About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing tax returns and managing tax audits.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices.
• Process payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, QuickBooks, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in accounting, such as CPA or CMA, are a plus.
