Job Summary We are looking for a results-oriented and persuasive Sales Executive to handle both inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective parents/students, and convert assigned leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to handle objections effectively. This role requires consistent follow-ups, strong closing ability, and achievement of revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents/students. Explain Cyboard School's programs, features, and benefits clearly and confidently. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic solutions. Convert assigned leads into successful enrollments. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Address customer queries and objections professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems. Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
