Role Description Cyber1Armor is seeking a full-time, remote Sales Recruiter to drive the organization's talent acquisition efforts. The Sales Recruiter will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales talent to support business growth. Responsibilities include creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, identifying skill alignment, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure successful candidate placement. The recruiter will also develop innovative strategies to build a robust talent pipeline and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams. Qualifications Experience with talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to identify skills needed for sales professionals Proficiency in leveraging recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, ATS systems, and job boards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with internal teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight timelines Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience recruiting for technology or cybersecurity industries is a strong advantage
