Data Analyst

About the Role

This Data Analyst role at Cut & Style Salon involves generating monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for the company's PAN INDIA outlets, tracking employee performance using the Cradlee software, and forecasting future sales trends based on historical data.

You will work closely with the internal sales team to ensure accurate sales forecasts and maintain data quality and integrity throughout the reporting process.

This role requires strong analytical skills, data modeling expertise, and effective communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for Cut & Style Salon's PAN INDIA outlets.
• Track employee performance on various KPI slabs using the Cradlee software.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to forecast future sales trends and use historical data for accurate sales forecasting.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the reporting process.
• Share customer data with Franchise partners PAN INDIA.
• Design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and analysis using data modeling techniques.
• Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-growing organization.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Applied knowledge of Statistics for hypothesis testing, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Experience with Data Modeling to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and analysis.
• Effective Communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Advance Excel) and at least one analytics or BI tool (e.g., Power BI, CRM, Claude Ai).
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
• Familiarity with retail or service-sector data, preferably in franchise or multi-location environments, is an advantage.
