About the Role
As an Executive - Finance at Cushman & Wakefield, you will be responsible for providing financial support to the business, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available to stakeholders. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and identifying areas for cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor and control expenses, including vendor management and cash flow management.
- Track revenue and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Certifications in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CFA, are a plus.
