About the Role
This HR Intern role at CSML Group is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in both Recruitment and HR Operations, supporting the Human Resources team for the Hospitality Division.
As an HR Intern, you will be involved in the end-to-end hiring process, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and day-to-day HR activities across our hospitality businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in screening and shortlisting candidate resumes.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain interview calendars.
- Coordinate walk-in interviews and campus hiring drives.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and other hiring-related documents.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Final-year student or recent graduate (BBA, B.Com, BMS, BA, MBA/PGDM – HR, or equivalent).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, and HR Operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
