About the Role
As a Business Development Executive for Gold Loans at CSB Bank, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective marketing and sales strategies. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales plans to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs
- Develop and implement targeted sales plans to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including regular meetings and follow-ups
- Utilize social media marketing and other digital channels to promote CSB Bank's gold loan products
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, discuss customer feedback, and improve sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to inform future sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with social media marketing and digital sales tools
- Certification in sales or marketing, such as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or a Certified Marketing Professional (CMP)
