About the Role

As a Customer Care Intern, you will support the Global Customer Care team by assisting customers through email and live chat, resolving queries, documenting interactions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while learning Criteo’s advertising platform and customer support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via email and live chat
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Record and track customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in product and customer service training sessions
  • Support the Customer Care team with administrative tasks
  • Ensure a positive customer experience across all interactions

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Key Skills:
