Job Description Ensure 100% advance payment collection for AMC before contract activation. Ensure 100% advance payment for parts from non-privilege customers. Submit customer POs immediately to the CC team for timely OC creation. Ensure all received POs are converted into executable OCs without delay. Obtain GRN from customers within 10 days from delivery/fitment date. Send weekly follow-up emails for all payments outstanding cases exceeding PO terms. Actively coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collection. Review pending quotations (Parts/AMC/Labor) on a weekly basis and follow up for conversion. Ensure 100% scheduled call closures within the committed due date (Warranty & AMC). Maintain average service ticket closure within 48 hours. Attend breakdowns promptly and ensure minimal machine downtime. Raise FIR on the same day after attending warranty complaint calls. Clearly document Complaint, Cause, and Cure in service tickets before FIR submission. Ensure timely submission of defective/failed parts to Head Office as per guidelines. Follow all service SOPs, documentation, and system updates (CRM/SAP) accurately. Build strong rapport with customers—this directly improves AMC conversion, payment collection, and repeat business. Aim to resolve issues in a single visit by carrying critical spares and proper diagnosis tools. Ensure all updates in CRM/SAP are real-time and error-free, as it impacts billing and performance tracking.
