Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, engage, and onboard new MFDs through outreach, demos, and relationship-building

2. Explain Creso's value proposition, platform features, pricing, and operating workflows to prospective distributors

3. Support MFDs through ARN registration, activation, and initial setup to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform

4. Work closely with product and operations teams to resolve onboarding issues and improve distributor experience

5. Maintain and track acquisition funnels, outreach activity, and conversion metrics using CRM tools

6. Drive monthly distributor acquisition and activation targets with disciplined follow-ups

7. Build long-term relationships to increase AUM, transaction volume, and platform engagement
