Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Officer to manage and grow our Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio in Rajahmundry. This role involves building strong client relationships, assessing loan applications, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve business targets. Job Responsibilities:** Actively identify and acquire new clients for Loan Against Property products in the Rajahmundry region. Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct thorough financial analysis and evaluate creditworthiness of applicants for LAP. Guide clients through the loan application process, explaining terms and conditions clearly. Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the LAP portfolio. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback. Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement. Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
