About the Role
As a Telecaller Executive at Credicus Business Services, you will be responsible for handling customer calls in Marathi and Hindi, resolving their queries, and providing excellent customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls in Marathi and Hindi, responding to their queries and resolving their issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients.

- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
