About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator at Creativo Infra Tech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes, managing tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, time management, and coordination skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
