About the Role

As an Hr Executive, you will be responsible for handling various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless employee experiences and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and select candidates for various job positions, ensuring that the best talent is hired for the company.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with the management team to develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as HRIS and payroll management tools.
  • Certifications in HR, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, are a plus.
