About the Role
As a Back Office Executive / Data entry, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records, performing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional customer support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless office operations and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with our team to identify areas for process improvement, implement new procedures, and maintain a high level of data accuracy. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, in a secure and organized manner.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or in-person interactions, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Develop and implement new procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with data entry software and systems, such as CRM or ERP.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
