HR / Recruitment Intern

About the Role

As an HR / Recruitment Intern at Creatigrity Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team in finding top talent for the company. Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates for the company's open positions.
• Coordinate with the hiring team to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for potential candidates.
• Assist in creating and updating job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
