About the Role
As an HR / Recruitment Intern at Creatigrity Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team in finding top talent for the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating with the hiring team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
With a focus on business growth, you will be working closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates for the company's open positions.
- Coordinate with the hiring team to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for potential candidates.
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
