From on-campus events to digital platforms, we empower young voices to create, connect, and inspire change. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Trend Forecaster. The Trend Forecaster will identify emerging trends, analyze consumer behavior, and provide actionable insights to guide creative projects and business strategies. The individual will work closely with creative teams, conduct data-driven research, and forecast future trends in youth culture, music, art, technology, and fashion. Additional responsibilities include preparing comprehensive reports, monitoring social media and industry trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance event design and brand alignment. Qualifications Strong skills in trend analysis, consumer behavior research, and insights generation Ability to track and predict emerging trends across music, fashion, youth culture, and digital innovation Proficiency in tools for data analysis, market research, and reporting Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills Passion for youth culture, creativity, and the live event space Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Sociology, Design, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in trend forecasting, creative strategy, or market research is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
