Role Description As a full-time Business Development Associate for Live Events , you will be responsible for fostering partnerships with colleges, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and driving business growth. Core tasks include: 1) Identify and understand the College festivals market, IP's, Concerts and live entertainment culture in India. 2) Research and shortlist potential clients, festivals, colleges and connect with their organising committee to generate business. 3) Reach out to prospective clients via organic and inorganic modes of communication, eg. cold calling, cold emailing, social media, referrals etc. 4) Understand their requirements and curate the artists lineup for their festivals and negotiate with the clients as per their budgets. 5) Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to convert potential new clients. 6) Support on ground co-ordination team in execution. Qualifications & Skills A bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration ,Mass Communication, Marketing or any field, with on ground experience of organising live events. New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Basic understanding of project management in agile environments. Strong Business sense and Communication skills Excellent in using Excel AI tools. Excellent in stress management and critical thinking Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
