Executive - Logistics

About the Role

As an Executive - Logistics at Copeland Toyota, you will be responsible for coordinating domestic and export shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers, and optimizing transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

You will work closely with customer communicators, demand planners, master planners, production operations, and pack line teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as you will be evaluating the performance of logistics partners and vendors, and monitoring and reporting on logistics performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and export shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Work with customer communicators, demand planners, master planners, production operations, and pack line teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Evaluate the performance of logistics partners and vendors.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.
• Manage inventory levels of packing materials to prevent shortages.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
