We collaborate with ambitious e-commerce brands, focusing on post-click journey optimization to unlock their maximum conversion potential. Role Description This is a full-time Growth Marketer position located on-site in Kozhikode. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies, analyzing marketing performance, and implementing data-driven initiatives. Daily tasks include developing and optimizing growth campaigns, employing growth hacking methods, executing effective lead generation strategies, and analyzing web and marketing data to uncover actionable insights. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable, scalable results. Qualifications Expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking techniques Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools and methodologies Experience in Lead Generation strategies and campaigns Ability to analyze performance data and strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Understanding of the e-commerce industry, specifically within the Shopify ecosystem, is a plus
